It is a brush born from the combination between the TYFLEX and TAPFLEX®: two items in one.
The new tool uses the synergy of Tyflex wire outside and the TAPFLEX® blades inside. The two parts perform a double work where the wire and the elastic part support the wear of a part and another reciprocally.
The FRANKFURT REVERSE version consists in a Frankfurt with an universal attachment, but in a REVERSE position, compared to the traditional Frankfurt.
REVERSE INNOVATION:
The Frankfurt DUO Reverse works always to its full capacity as its larger part is placed towards the outside of the plate where the peripheral speed is higher. It allows a more homogeneous consumption of the tool with a consequent life increase, processing quality and a better finishing on the edge of the slabes.
The support double height allows to work with the tool until the end.
In fact, the wire consumes perfectly and completely without changing the parameters of the machine.
The Frankfurt Reverse has been enriched with a larger amount of filaments compared to traditional Frankfurt.
The Frankfurt Reverse is equipped with removable lateral flaps, which, through the color, mark the grain, as indicated in the table.
DUO ADVANTAGES:
- the Tapflex® elastic part is protected inside the tool from the wire which allows the tool to overhang without breaking
- Reduction of the number of heads and work of two product in one
- Colour enhancement and uniformity of the surface
USAGE:
In the BRUSHING: It creates a very tonalized surface thanks to Tapflex®, that is located inside the brush. In addition, the tool digs more being more aggressive thanks to the lower quantity of wire.
