FICKERT TAPFLEX® MAGNUM

ELASTIC and FLEXIBLE tool in the FICKERT format, which allows to work with a maximun level of adherence on every type of surface. It remains constantly in tension during the processing. 

MAGNUM DESIGN:

The Magnum design is very durable and is therefore used on large slabs and on hard materials such as granite. It is used in case an increase of mechanical strength is required.

USAGE:

AFTER HONING: it removes the signs of the bridge work and of the plate, also giving a mroe and bright aspect to the material by having a perfectly uniform surface.

IN BRUSHING AND SATINING FINISH: is used to get the satin effect or leather effect. It is used after diamond wire brushes (FIDIFLEX).
The type of product tonalizes a lot the material without giving effects of artificial brilliance. The structure of the product, made of carbides and elastomers, acts on the material by cleaning it deeply into a succession of various grain (from 46 to 320) enhancing so highly the color of the material, making it permanently over the time, being a mechanical and non-chemical processing.
The choice of grain depends on the degree of finishing you want to obtain: more colorful or less colored.
