FICKERT TAPFLEX® C
ELASTIC and FLEXIBLE tool in the FICKERT format, which allows to work with a maximun level of adherence on every type of surface. It remains constantly in tension during the processing.
IN BRUSHING it is used to get the SATIN EFFECT or leather effect. It is used after diamond wire brushes (FIDIFLEX).
It is also used in "PATINATE" surfaces to give a colorful effect a little bit dug. The type of product make sure that its application tonalizes more the material without giving unnatural brillance.
The structure of the product, having abrasive powders, carbides, diamonds, oxides - ect. - acts on material, thoroughly cleaning it in a succession of various grains (from 46 to 320) thus making the color of the material stands out permanentle over time, being a process mechanical and non-chemical.
The choice of grain depends on the degree of finishing you want to obtain: more colorful or less colored.
USAGE:
